John was a very nice man and was knowledgeable in the repair. Did not overcharge and fair on the final bill. I would recommend him to anyone one of my friends and that is how well he did his job. Thank you Joh

Had a major blow out of my rear axel, tire, rim, hub, the whole assembly, and pulled into a parking lot. As soon as I got out to assess the damage John pulled up and offered to help. He heard the noise and knew someone was going to need help. It was the best service I ever experienced. The price was so fair and the work was super high quality. Highly, highly recommend Montana Trailer Services. Please consider using for all trailer maintenance, repairs, or even sales, they cover it all.

Called John on a weekend to help us fix our lights for our horse trailer. Even though it was Saturday John had us come over right away and fixed the issue, taking time out of his weekend to help us. Experienced at repair, rates were reasonable, and to top it off he’s a really nice guy. Highly recommend!

We contacted John to fix our generator in our camper van. He was able to get us in promptly and completed the work the same day. John was very professional and personable. We were pleased with his work.

Highly recommend Allen and John they were great. They installed a trailer break control and I bought enclosed trailer all in one day. They talked me through everything I purchased. They made the whole process easy for me. Great customer service! 10/10

No need to waste your time going to any other trailer dealer in Montana. Just shop here! My husband and I were down from Alaska and wanted to purchase an enclosed trailer. We went to several different trailer dealers in different towns in Montana. The quality and customer service were lacking for what we were looking for at other businesses. We’re happy to have found Roundup Trailers outside of Helena. The owners promptly met us after calling them. John and Alan were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The quality and craftsmanship immediately shines when you evaluate the Southland Royal Cargo trailers. The purchase process was smooth and efficient. We will come back here for any trailer purchases in the future. We purchased a 16’ tandem axle, V nose Southland Royal Cargo enclosed trailer. I pulled it with a 2020 Ford Expedition equipped with a tow package. We have zero regrets with the purchase of this trailer! We hauled it home to Alaska on a 3,000-mile trip. The trailer pulled like a dream! No fishtailing, breaks worked perfectly, and we didn’t have a hard time in the wind. The trailer stayed perfectly behind me and did not cause me to be all over the road. Upon getting into Alaska, we got into some winter icy road conditions, and the trailer pulled perfectly and did not cause any difficulties on bad road conditions. Thank you to John and Alan

John is a great guy to work with. I have purchased 2 trailers from the Montana City location over the last few years and also had other work done. He went above and beyond to make sure my purchase and work was what I wanted. I highly recommend Round Up Trailer Sales.

Jon and Allen really blew me away with their customer service and knowledge of their product! Absolutely delightful experience. Now! For the product! This Sputhland 7x14 flatbed has no business being as high quality as it is for the price! These things are built like little Canadian/American tanks! Fully tuned frame, 3" Ibeam crossmembers, actual 2x6 decking, and some ridiculously stout ramps! Honestly, between the trailer and the business I cannot think of a better combo. Highly recommend supporting local for these trailers! Oh yeah! The entire process only took about 30 minutes between finance, pickup, signing, and leaving the lot!
